West Branch Students Participate in YSU English Festival

Last week, over 40 West Branch High School students participated in the Youngstown State University English Festival. Several students won prizes in competitions held throughout the day:

   Jenna Mudger- Honorable Mention in Impromptu Writing
   Kennedy Fritz- Honorable Mention in Impromptu Writing
   Allyson Lentz- Honorable Mention in Impromptu Writing
   Sadie Weaver- Honorable Mention in Impromptu Writing
   Sophia Bender- 1st Place in Connections
   Luna Woolf- 1st Place in Not-So-Trivial-Pursuit

Congratulations to these students, as well as all of the students who participated in this event. Next year's English Festival will be held on 4/21/27 and 4/22/27.
