Power of the Pen Regional Results

Congratulations to our Power of the Pen writers who qualified and went to the regional tournament on Saturday.  In 7th grade our writer was Sutton Clay.  In 8th grade, the writers were Tiana Mitchell and Chloe Baia.  Our runners were Riley Rife, Sarah Rhinehart, and Addison Walsh.

Chloe Baia's district entries were re-read by the coordinators at Power of the Pen and she was presented with 2 additional Best of Round awards from the district tournament.  Chloe also won 3rd place overall for 8th grade in the regional tournament out of 29 other schools who competed.  Congratulations Chloe!

An update will be posted once we find out who made it to the State Tournament in May.  Again, congratulations to all of the regional writers and thanks to the runners who went as well!
