Financial Literacy Class Learns About Real-World Spending

Mr. DeShields' Financial Literacy class got a hands on spending simulation experience today from the Ohio State University Extension and the YWCA Alliance.

Real World, Real Money is a fun and distinctive activity because it includes an interactive spending simulation that provides the opportunity to make lifestyle and budget choices similar to those made by 27 year old adults. 

Students worked hands on with a number of different real world simulations including home ownership, child care, and credit.
