Aaron Hawk

Title: Vice President

Was elected November 2019 and is serving his first 4-year term. He was chosen to serve the board in January 2023 for the empty seat.

Employment: Business Operations - Stark County ESC

Family: Wife, Danielle; 2 children currently attending West Branch - Carter and Logan; 1 graduated - Hayden.

Mikki Kanagy

Mikki Kanagy was elected and is serving her fourth 4-year term.

Education: Sebring McKinley High School Class of 1994
Mount Union College with a BS in Biology and Chemistry
Chatham University, Class of 2001, Masters of Physician Assistant Studies.

Employment: Physician Assistant at MAC Wellness Center

Family: Husband, David; 1 child currently attending West Branch - Alli; two graduates - Sam and Michael.

Serving his first four year term, beginning January 2022.

West Branch High School Class of 1974
Graduate from the Mahoning County JVS - Adult Studies 1991
High Pressure Boiler License.

Employment: Quaker City IGA - 1973 Carry Out Boy, 1974 - 1989 Journeyman Meat Cutter; Sebring Local Schools 1989 - 2004 Custodian, 2004 - 2016 Head Custodian, 2016 - 2020 Head of Maintenance.

Family: Wife, Cricket (married 45 years); 3 daughters - Lindsey, Leslie (Nathan Weisbush, Granddaughter Cortland), Natalie (Matt Springer, Grandsons Jack & Luke)

Public Participation at Meetings

Attendees who wish to speak must register with the Board office their intention to participate in the public participation portion of the meeting five (5) business days before the meeting by providing their name, address, topic to be addressed and group affiliation--if and when appropriate. Any person who does not register by the five (5) business day deadline may be allowed to speak only at the discretion of the Board.
