“Bee” Your Best!

Mrs. Burkey's Classroom Discipline Plan

I believe in a positive approach to discipline.  I realize every student and every situation will be different and what works for one student may not work for another.  Situations will be dealt with as they arise, with the focus being on enabling the child to grow and learn from his/her actions.  I teach the children that the best kind of reward is feeling good inside.  Children who follow classroom expectations will receive praise from teacher and classmates, good notes to parents, and special class rewards. THANK YOU!
