My name is Mrs. Jessica Crider and this is my 14th year of teaching.
I have had the pleasure of working in the West Branch School District since 2008. Before becoming a Warrior, I worked in the Minerva Local School District for 4 years.
I grew up in Alliance and graduated from Alliance High School. I attended the University of Mount Union where I earned my Middle Childhood Education degree. In 2007, I returned to Mount Union where I received my Intervention Specialist degree.
I continued my education through Nova Southeastern University’s online program, where I earned my Master’s Degree in Elementary Mathematics.
My teaching career has given me the opportunity to work with students from 3rd through 5th grade. I have taught all subjects in these grades, however, Math has always been my favorite subject to teach! I also teach a course for future teachers at Mount Union!
Many of you know my husband, Officer Crider. He was the school resource officer for West Branch Local Schools for many years. He now works for the Salem Police Department.
We are very proud to be the parents of our son, Owen. He was born in October of 2014.
Officer Crider and I are also the proud parents of two very spoiled dachshunds, Bailey and Brutus.
