What motivates you? How do you motivate yourself when you are not motivated? How can others be motivated?
For this blog you have a few options.
1. Describe what motivates you and how you feel when motivated (physical, psychological).
2. Describe how you can or do motivate yourself when you don't want to do something, include how you feel physically and psychologically.
3. Develop a plan to motivate others (use theories/information from chapter 12).
