Request for Proposal - Food Service Management Program
Proposals will be received by West Branch Local School District Treasurer’s Office 14277 S Main Street Beloit, Ohio 44609 until 10:00am on July 10th, 2019 and will be opened immediately thereafter. This Solicitation is for the purpose of entering into a contract for the operation of a food service management program for West Branch Local Schools. No Proposals shall be considered if they arrive after the time noted above. Submissions must be in accordance with the Request for Proposal that is available free of charge on the West Branch Local Schools web site at http://www.westbranch.k12.oh.us.
Only electronic (email format) questions during the bidding process shall be considered and shall be addressed to Mr. David M Drawl Treasurer, West Branch Local School District email@example.com. All questions must be received by 3pm on June 18th, 2019. A Pre-proposal conference and walk-through of the existing facilities is mandatory and is scheduled for June 20th, 2019 at 2:00pm at West Branch High School 14277 S Main Street, Beloit, OH 44609. The West Branch Local School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the District at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
The winning Food Service Management Company shall be ready to begin work on August 1st, 2019
