Dear Parents and Guardians,
West Branch is now utilizing the OneView Portal for completing emergency medical forms and for changes of address and updating telephone numbers.
We began this process last school year, so if you have already set up an account you will just need to login using the credentials you created last year. (See link below)
If you are new to the district, you will need to create a new account. (See link below)
Once you have logged in you will have the opportunity to review and make any changes necessary to your child’s active record with our district. If there are no changes to be made, please digitally sign the form and submit.
If you are changing your address, you will need to provide two valid and recent forms of documentation of your new address before we can update your child’s record and make any transportation changes for busing. If you have not already provided your new proof of residency, the building secretary will contact you regarding this.
Free & Reduced lunch applications are also available online through a separate portal.
