The Ohio Department of Education has changed the State Standard for achieving proficiency on the various state achievement tests from 75% to 80%.
It is important to note that the West Branch Local School District has shown a forward trend in 13 of 24 tested areas.
The 2016 - 2017 report card shows that the West Branch Local School District has earned the following component grades in these six areas:
Achievement - C Previous Year(15-16) - C
Progress - A Previous Year(15-16) - A
Gap Closing - C Previous Year(15-16) - F
Graduation Rate - A Previous Year(15-16) - A
K-3 Literacy - B Previous Year(15-16) - D
Prepared for Success - D Previous Year(15-16) - C
