Stay After Permission Form
We encourage all students to stay and attend a Pep Rally led by our HS Band, Cheerleaders, and Mascots at 6:00 in the Large Gym prior to the Football Game.
For students who are not attending the pep rally and football game, they will need to be picked up at 5:30 in the back of the building.
For students going to the game, we will be heading to the stadium at approximately 6:30 and students will need to be supervised by their parents at the game.
The school Building will be open for students to get their book bags and other supplies for the weekend at the beginning of the 3rd quarter through the end of the football game. Once students come to the school to get their supplies, they may not get back into the stadium and must go home with parents at that time.
Parents, we need your assistance for chaperoning the Stay-After! Please contact Tina Davis to let her know you are willing and able to assist with student supervision by calling 330-272-4211 by no later than noon on Friday. Our adults need to arrive at the MS at 2:30 to get your assignments and be ready for the fun times our students will have.
Stay After Permission Forms for students were sent home with them from school today. If your child did not bring his/hers home, you can get a copy here. Permission slips and money will be collected during lunch periods on Thursday and Friday.
