Red Ribbon Week
November 2nd - 6th
Red Ribbon Week is the oldest and largest drug prevention campaign in the country. Red Ribbon Week promotes drug prevention and education, while encouraging personal commitments to live drug-free lives. This week also commemorates the ultimate sacrifice made by Special Agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena, who died at the hands of drug traffickers in Mexico while fighting the battle against illegal drugs to keep our country and children safe. The students of WBHS SADD ask you to please wear red this week in support and awareness of Red Ribbon Week.
