For the health and safety of our students the prom, which was tentatively scheduled for August 1st, is now cancelled.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we have to think of everybody's health during this trying time.  Thanks for your understanding.

Immunization Requirements

IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR 7TH AND 12TH GRADE ENTRY

The Ohio Department of Health requires all students prior to entering 7th and 12th grades receive immunization updates.  The required immunizations are as follows:

7th Grade:  Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap) booster and a Meningitis (MCV4) vaccine

12th Grade: A second dose of Meningitis (MCV4) vaccine or may be the first dose if it’s given after the age of 16.

Documentation of having received these vaccines must be provided to the school or provide a medical, religious, or philosophical exemption form. (Ohio Revised Code 3701.13)

New Student Registration

New Student Registration


All new student registration is currently online.

If you currently have a student enrolled at West Branch, you will need to log into your Online Forms/One View and enroll a new student.

If you are new to the district, you will need to complete new student registration.  This can be found under the "Parent" pull down menu at the tope of this page.  First you will need to set up an account with your information, and then add a new student.

After completing the online registration, you will need to submit all the proper documentation to the Superintendent's Office via email (Barb.Smith@WBWarriors.org), by fax (330-938-6815), US Mail (14277 Main Street, Beloit, OH  44609) or by dropping the papers off to the Superintendent's Office, which is located in the High School.  If you have any registration questions, please call 330-938-9324.
